Where do I find my login password?
Your password will usually be provided to you by your school, however it can also be found on your school’s website under ‘Parent Owned Device, or in the BYOD information section.
What happens after I make an order?
Once the process is complete, we’ll send you an email to confirm your order.
How do I collect my order?
After the payment has been processed and the devices are ready to be delivered, we’ll contact you again with details on how to collect them from the school.
